📦 Returns:

  • We do not accept returns on any products due to safety and integrity concerns.

💰 Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued in the case of:
    • Damaged items upon delivery (photo proof required within 48 hours)
    • Wrong product shipped (unopened and unused)
    • Items not delivered due to a shipping error on our part

🚫 No Refunds for:

  • Products seized by customs
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Orders made in violation of our research-use agreement
